Senior Center lunches are free for seniors 60 years and over. For those who are under 60 lunch is still available at $5.50 per person.

Texoma Council of Governments has lots of great information and programs to help seniors get financial, health and social support.

Seniors play dominos, enjoy entertainment such as music, special speakers, crafts and other activities.
What are some benefits or advantages to participating in the Senior Center Activities?
Socializing plays an important role in the physical and mental health of individuals, including our senior years, by lowering blood pressure and heart rate. It also expands the support network enabling seniors to have access to programs and activities otherwise unavailable to an individual. Socializing in some studies have shown to exert as much energy as exercising, which improves overall health.
